Gumdrop Fudge Recipe


Ingredients:
1½ lbs White Candy Coating
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
⅛ tsp Salt
1½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1½ cups Chopped Gumdrops

Method:
Line a 9x9 pan with foil and set aside. In saucepan, heat candy coating, milk and salt on low heat until melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and gumdrops. Spread into lined pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Using foil, remove fudge from pan and cut into 1 inch squares.
Store at room temperature.
