Glazed Honey-Garlic Chicken Wings


Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger soup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium soup
Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon chili sauce and garlic or Sriracha
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 drumsticks or chicken wings



Method:
1. Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Place chicken in a large plastic storage bag with zipper. Pour honey and garlic marinade over chicken; seal bag and toss gently to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

2. Preheat over medium high heat grill (350 ° to 400 °). Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, 35 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.

Wings can be cooked to 400 degrees on a baking sheet in a single layer of 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
