Chocolate Coconut Squares


Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cups milk
1 1/3 cups oil (sunflower)
 2 tespoons baking powder

Chocolat glaze:
- 200g dark cooking chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cups sugar
500g coconut  flakes

Directons:
1) Beat together the egs and sugar (with electric mixer). Add gradually milk & oil.
2) Sift flour with baking powder, add to the mixture.
3) Bake in a buttered pan (30 x 20 cm) for 20 minutes at 170'C or 338'F).
4) When cooled, cut into squares
5) To prepare chocolate glaze, put the chocolate, milk & sugar in a pan and gently heat until melted. Allow to cool slightly.
6) Dip each square in the chocolate and then roll in the coconut.
