Marinated shrimp sandwiches and lemon
Ingredients:
few sprigs of dill
2.5 lemons
10 slices of bread square
50 g butter
pepper
Method:
Eplucher shrimp keeping only the plume tail. Put them in a bowl, and sprinkle the juice of 1/2 lemon. Give three turns of pepper and add the equivalent of a teaspoon dill fluff.
Mix well and refrigerate (stirring occasionally).
Toaster 10 slices of bread. Cool.
Enlever bark and the white skin of two lemons and cut into very thin slices.
Beurrer slices of bread on one side. 5 of them cover the lemon slices and cover again the other 5 slices of bread (buttered side in contact with lemons). Gently press the bread to form sandwiches. Cut each into 4 triangles for diagonal.
Présenter shrimp on a plate, along with sandwiches and garnish with lemon and dill.
Finally Shrimp can be prepared up to 2 hours in advance but make sandwiches at the last minute so they do not soften.
