Salmon Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
415g can salmon
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 tblsp white vinegar
1/2 cup plain flour or 1/2 cup gluten-free plain flour
salt
pepper
1 egg, beaten
breadcrumbs
Method:
Place drained salmon in a bowl & mash with a fork
Add in the rice, vinegar, flour & salt/pepper
Roll mixture into 8 balls & then flatten slightly
Dip the patties into the beaten egg & then coat with breadcrumbs
Pan fry in a little oil or butter until warmed through & golden
