Tasty Whipped Cream


Ingredients:
One 15-ounce can of full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Stevia to taste (optional)

Instructions:
Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight.
Scoop out the firm layer of coconut cream that has solidified at the top of the can (don't include the liquid).

In a large bowl, whip the coconut cream, yogurt, and stevia with an electric mixer for 3 to 5 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
