Grilled scallops on the shell with sucuk



Ingredients:

6 scallops on the shell
100g sucuk (Turkish sausage), diced
1 large onion, diced
1 medium bunch of diced coriander
½ lemon, juice only.

Method:

Sauté sucuk with onions and add juice of lemon, coriander and cook, then spoon on top of scallop and place under grill. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
