White chocolate mousse


Ingredients:
180 g white chocolate 
3 egg whites 
25 cl of cream 
10g icing sugar 

preparation: 
Melt in microwave white chocolate with 3 tablespoons water soup. (1 min 30 stirring in the middle) 

Mount until stiff egg whites. 

Whipping cream whipped with sugar. The incorporate the melted chocolate. 

Finally incorporate the egg whites gently. 

Place the mousse in glasses,
